Hi I'm Nadia,
Empowering Leaders, Teams, and Organizations to Thrive
My Background
I thrive on change and solving complex challenges, which has shaped my 20+ years career across management consulting, retail, technology, and life sciences. I've partnered with organizations of all sizes to create people-centered strategies that drive measurable business results. This journey inspired me to launch my consulting practice, where I now serve as an external advisor and executive coach.

In senior leadership roles at Gap, Airbnb, and GRAIL, I led teams in organizational effectiveness, HR strategy, talent management, DEI, and change management. These roles taught me that aligning people strategies with business goals not only strengthens culture but also amplifies leadership impact and drives lasting growth.

Working in high-growth environments underscored the critical need for sustainable talent strategies - systems, policies, and ways of working that that achieve business outcome while prioritizing employee well-being. This realization fuels my passion for solving complex people challenges through an organizational effectiveness lens, where leadership, processes, culture, and talent strategies intersect.

As a PCC Certified Executive Coach, I am passionate about helping individuals and leaders unlock their full potential by cultivating deeper self-awareness and embracing a growth-oriented mindset—shifting away from limiting core beliefs and a deficit perspective. Within organizations, my coaching focuses on strengthening leaders' ability to assess team dynamics, manage stress effectively, navigate change, and expand their leadership toolkit. This holistic approach empowers leaders to lead with confidence, make thoughtful decisions, and build stronger personal and professional relationships. By becoming more attuned, resilient, and clear about their positive impact, they feel better equipped to inspire their teams, drive sustainable results, and scale their influence across their organizations.
My Why
After decades in corporate roles, leading teams and functions in high-growth environments, I realized that while my career was advancing, burnout was affecting my health and well-being. To regain balance and perspective, I took a year-long sabbatical to slow down, show up more intentionally with my family and friends, and focus on personal growth. During this time, I deepened my coaching practice and explored somatic techniques that strengthened me both emotionally and physically.

During this time, I had the space to reflect on the leaders who had the greatest impact throughout my career. those who were able to scale their impact and drive meaningful change. These leaders scaled their impact by prioritizing culture, fostering trust, and empowering managers to cultivate resilient, accountable teams. They understood that inclusivity and well-being weren’t just ideals—they were essential to delivering strong results and driving meaningful change.

Today, these lessons profoundly shape my work. I am dedicated to helping leaders prioritize their personal growth in order to become more self-aware and create environments where trust, alignment, and clarity help employees thrive while driving long-term performance. My approach centers on people-centered strategies that make culture and well-being foundations to sustainable success. When leaders create environments grounded in trust and open communication, organizations benefit from empowered, cohesive teams equipped to sustain growth and navigate change change with confidence.
